Reflections is a concept that can be interpretted in more than one way. Either as the term Reflection as a verb referring to consciously looking at and thinking about our experiences, actions, feelings, and responses. or alternatively Reflection as a noun referring to the change in direction of a wave at a boundary between two different media, so that the wave moves back into the medium it came from.
